摘要
目前研究的机器人实时状态自动监测方法响应时间过长,导致监测精度较低。为解决上述问题,基于物联网管理系统研究一种新的机器人实时状态自动监测方法,了解机器人目前状态监测的现状和物联网管理系统的特点,根据其特点并运用公式,进一步完成基于物联网管理系统的机器人实时状态信号采集、状态信号识别以及自动监测的分析。对于机器人实时状态提取的特征信号,进行行为状态的收敛校验,判断行为状态,实现自动监测。实验结果表明,基于物联网管理系统的机器人实时状态自动监测方法能够有效缩短响应时间,提高监测精度。
At present,the real-time automatic monitoring methods for robots have a long response time,which leads to low monitoring accuracy.To solve the above problems,a new kind of robot system based on Internet of things management research state of real-time automatic monitoring method,understand the robot of the present condition of the condition monitoring and the characteristics of Internet management system,according to its characteristic and using the formula,further complete system based on Internet of things management robot real-time signal acquisition,state analysis of signal recognition and automatic monitoring.For the characteristic signals extracted from the robot in real time,the convergence check of the behavior state is carried out to judge the behavior state and realize automatic monitoring.The experimental results show that the robot real-time state automatic monitoring method based on the Internet of Things management system can effectively shorten the response time and improve the monitoring accuracy.
