摘要
通过交叉校验在线监测算法来识别核电厂潜在降级核级热电阻(RTD),可在不干扰被监测通道的前提下显著减少电站运行寿期内热电阻标定的工作量和成本,有效降低仪表设备不可用的时间。基于交叉校验原理、误差来源分析,结合冗余识别和最小二乘线性回归算法,总结出一种适用于在线监测RTD性能的检查校验方法,能有效识别潜在降级的1E级RTD,并提供用于降级RTD的修正手段。
Research on nuclear-grade RTD's online monitoring(OLM)algorithm based on cross-calibration,which combined with redundant recognition,least squares tools,analyze of cross calibration theory and error source,shall significantly cut the workload and cost of thermal resistance calibration,and effectively reduce the unavailability time of instrument equipment also.Algorithm application is able to effectively identify the potential degraded RTD,and provide correction means for the degraded RTDs.
