摘要
目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式干预对炎症性肠病患者心理状况及自我护理能力的影响。方法将150例炎症性肠病患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组75例。两组均给予常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上联合Teach-back健康教育模式干预,观察4周。干预前后采用广泛性焦虑障碍量表、抑郁症筛查量表评定焦虑、抑郁状况,采用自我护理能力量表评定患者的自我护理能力。结果干预后两组广泛性焦虑障碍量表、抑郁症筛查量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组自我护理能力量表总分及自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平维度评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论Teach-back健康教育模式干预能有效缓解炎症性肠病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其自我护理能力。
Objective To explore the effect of Teach-back health education model intervention on psychological status and self-care ability of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was combined with Teach-back health education model intervention on this basis for 4 weeks.Before and after the intervention,the generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)and patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression status,and the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)was used to evaluate the patients'self-care ability.Results After the intervention,the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the total score of ESCA and the scores of self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,and health knowledge level in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Teach back health education model intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of IBD patients and improve their self-care ability.
