摘要
目的了解濮阳市市售蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况,引导市民合理消费,同时为蔬菜质量安全监管提供科学依据。方法随机采集濮阳地区蔬菜样品,利用CL-BIII八通道残留农药测定仪进行检测,检测数据用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果采集蔬菜样品共13类54种393批次,其中以绿叶菜类(132批次)和白菜类(75批次)为主。检测样品抑制率的平均值为30.37%,合格样品数量为364批次,占样品总数的92.62%,有农药污染蔬菜样品涵盖11类16种,共计29批次,占样品总数的7.38%,其中绿叶菜类和瓜类蔬菜中农药污染数量居多,分别含有6批次和5批次。结论濮阳市市售蔬菜质量总体良好,检出有农药污染蔬菜数量较少,但是涉及种类较多,建议有关部门加强农药使用的监督管理和农药残留的监测工作。
Objective To investigate the residues of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables sold in Puyang City,so as to guide citizens in reasonable consumption and to provide scientific basis for the supervision of vegetable quality and safety.Methods The residues of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetable samples randomly collected from agricultural product markets in Puyang City were tested by eight-channel pesticide residue detector(CL-BIII),and the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results A total of 393 batches of 54 kinds of 13 categories of vegetables were collected,of which 132 batches were green leafy vegetables and 75 batches were cabbage vegetables.The average inhibiting rate of tested samples was 30.37%,and the number of qualified samples was 364 batches,accounting for 92.62%of the total samples.There were 16 kinds of pesticide-contaminated vegetables in 11 categories from 29 batches,accounting for 7.38%of the total samples.Among green leafy vegetables and melon vegetables,the number of pesticide-contaminated vegetables was the largest,including 6 batches and 5 batches respectively.Conclusion In general,the quality of vegetables in Puyang City is good,the amount of pesticide-contaminated vegetables is small,but there are a wide variety of types involved.It is suggested that the relevant authorities strengthen the supervision and management of pesticide use and the monitoring of pesticide residues.
