基于CANopen的CCBⅡ制动机网络控制系统设计

摘要 针对当前广泛应用于重载列车的CCBⅡ制动机系统关键技术国产化程度较低、传统网络协议组网复杂的问题,本文引入CANopen网络协议,对CCBⅡ制动机系统的网络控制技术进行研究。在对CCBⅡ制动机组成结构及工作原理进行剖析的基础上,提出了基于CANopen协议的制动机网络控制系统总体架构,完成了控制网络中基本功能控制节点的软硬件设计。其中硬件部分完成了通用型功能控制节点的硬件设计;软件部分则针对主、从节点分别完成了基于CANopen的通信调度与控制功能模块的设计。最终对CCBⅡ制动机系统进行"五步闸"功能测试,验证了基于CANopen的CCBⅡ制动机控制网络通信功能与基本的制动控制功能。本系统也为CCBⅡ制动机其他关键部件的国产化研究提供了测试与验证平台。 Aiming at the problems of low localization of key technologies of CCB Ⅱ brake system which is widely used in heavy-duty trains and complex networking of traditional network protocols,this paper introduces CANopen network protocol to study the network control technology of CCB Ⅱ brake system.On the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of CCB Ⅱ brake,the general structure of brake network control system based on CANopen protocol is proposed,and the software and hardware design of basic function control nodes in the control network is completed.The hardware part completes the hardware design of general functional control node,and the software part completes the design of communication scheduling and control function modules based on CANopen respectively for master and slave nodes.Finally,the five-step brake function test of CCB Ⅱ brake system is carried out,and the communication function of CCB Ⅱ brake control network based on CANopen and the basic braking control function are verified.The system also provides a testing and verification platform for the localization of other key components of CCB Ⅱ brake.
