摘要
唐宋是中国传统文化的转型时期,也是茶文化鉴赏方式、烹制方法、茶艺风格演变的关键时期。本文从茶文化在唐朝的传播路径、品茶观念的演变、茶文化对唐宋茶艺游戏的影响、茶文化与唐宋风俗礼仪嬗变等四个方面,探讨唐宋茶文化的变化原因及其对人们生活的影响,为人们了解唐宋社会生活提供借鉴。
Tang and Song Dynasties are the transition period of Chinese traditional culture,and also the key period of the evolution of tea culture appreciation methods,cooking methods and tea art styles.This paper discusses the causes of the change of tea culture in Tang and Song dynasties and its influence on people's life from four aspects:the transmission path of tea culture in Tang and Song Dynasties,the evolution of tea tasting concept,the influence of tea culture on tea art games in Tang and Song Dynasties,and the evolution of tea culture and customs and etiquette in Tang and Song Dynasties,so as to provide reference for people to understand social life in Tang and Song Dynasties.
