摘要
综述了碳纤维和玻璃纤维为改性材料增强光敏树脂的最新研究进展。上述纤维材料的添加可以填充光敏树脂树脂材料中的孔隙,加强纤维和树脂之间的结合,改善成型件的力学性能。过量添加时,纤维材料影响了紫外光的透光率,削弱了固化程度,从而降低了成型性能。采用诸如偶联剂之类的材料先对纤维改性,可以进一步改善纤维与树脂之间的结合力。
The latest research progresses of carbon fiber and glass fiber as modified materials to enhance photosensitive resin were reviewed. The addition of the above-mentioned fiber materials could fill the pores in the photosensitive resin resin material, strengthen the bond between the fiber and the resin, and improve the mechanical properties of the molded part. When excessively added, the transmittance of ultraviolet light was effected by the fiber material and the curing degree was weakened, thereby the molding performance was reduced. Using materials such as coupling agents to modify the fiber first could further improve the adhesion between the fiber and the resin.
