选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类抗抑郁药对肠道菌群影响的研究进展 被引量:5

Research progress on the effect of SSRIs antidepressants on the composition of gut microbiota

摘要 肠道内存在人体最大的微生态环境,对于维持人体的健康发挥着重要作用。近年来,相关研究表明肠道菌群的多样性在抑郁症以及其他精神疾病的发生中起着重要作用。但是肠道菌群在治疗抑郁症中的作用仍有待阐明。现阶段,临床常用的治疗抑郁症的一线药物为选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类抗抑郁药(SSRIs),大量动物和临床研究表明SSRIs可以改变肠道菌群的分布,而这种改变或许与SSRIs发挥抗抑郁作用的机制有关。现就SSRIs抗抑郁药物对肠道菌群的影响及其机制展开综述,以期给临床治疗提供新思路。 There is the largest micro ecological environment in the gut,which plays an important role in maintaining human health.Recent studies have shown that the diversity of gut microbiota plays an important role in the occurrence of depression and other mental diseases.However,the role of intestinal flora in the treatment of depression remains to be elucidated.At present,selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)are commonly used as the first-line drugs in the treatment of depression.Many animal and clinical studies have shown that SSRIs can change the distribution of intestinal flora,and this change may be related to the mechanism of antidepressant effect of SSRIs.This article reviews the effects of SSRIs antidepressants on intestinal flora and its mechanism,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
