基础医学教育阶段创新型本科生培养的导师制工作体会——以北京大学医学部病理学系为例 被引量:4

摘要 本科生导师制已成为课堂教学主渠道以外教书育人的重要载体,是达到国家“卓越医师”培养目标的关键手段。通过笔者10余年基础医学院本科生创新人才培养导师的工作实践,逐渐构建了一整套具有病理学特色的创新型医学教育体系,并培养了20余名具备优秀综合素养的创新型医学人才。 Undergraduate tutorial system is an important carrier and necessary supplement for the in-class education of university with the goal to train “excellent physician”. According to the author’s experience, a novel medical education curriculum of pathology had been established, and more than twenty outstanding and professional medical students had been cultivated successfully since 2010.
