摘要 目的:探索典型病例库的建立在普外科教学中的应用价值。方法:2017年1月至2017年12月在普外科实习的学生92人,按照随机数字表法分为实验组50人和对照组42人,以普外科常见病种为研究疾病,观察典型病例库教学方法和传统教学方法下实习生认识疾病、理论知识及临床思维有无差异。结果:实验组和对照组实习生的实习出科成绩存在显著差异。两组实习生的总分数(90.18±3.04 vs. 85.88±3.39,P<0.05)、基础知识(45.58±2.10 vs. 42.69±3.83,P<0.05)、病例分析(44.60±3.01 vs. 43.19±2.81,P<0.05),实验组得分均明显高于对照组。结论:典型病例库的建立提高了实习生理解和解决临床问题的能力。 Objective: To study the advantages of the typical cases in general surgery education.Methods: A randomized case-control study was employed, 92 apprentices in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, study group(n=50)and control group(n=42),The students of the study group and the control group were checked by doctors after finishing the discussing cases.Results: There were significantly different in the two groups.The students had significantly higher score in total scores(90.18±3.04 vs 85.88±3.39,P<0.05)and basic knowledge score(45.58±2.10 vs 42.69±3.83,P<0.05),the cases subdivisional scores(44.60±3.01 vs 43.19±2.81,P<0.05).Conclusion: The typical cases in general surgery education teaching method is helpful in improving the teaching result, increasing students’ interests and improving the ability of clinical thinking.
