摘要
目的:对药物依赖者吸毒行为变化过程量表(Drug Processes of Change Questionnaire FormAB)进行汉化,并对其信效度进行检验。方法:通过专家翻译、回译、调适三步骤对量表进行汉化。采用横断面研究法,在对纳入研究对象进行问卷调查的基础上,通过Cranbach′s a系数和重复测量法进行信度验证。采用探索性因子分析法及AMOS 5.0验证性因子法检验汉化量表的结构效度。结果:汉化版的药物依赖者吸毒行为变化程序量表由2个维度、40个条目组成;各条目得分与总分的相关系数为0.364~0.676(P<0.05);总体内容效度为0.955;探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子、累计方差贡献率73.68%。验证性因素分析表明三因子模型数据拟合良好(CVI>0.80,GFI=0.93,GFI=0.82, CFI=0.74,RMSEA)=0.071,χ^(2)/df=2.72,P<0.001每个条目的CVR在0.62~0.85之间)。结论:汉化版药物依赖者吸毒行为变化过程量表的信效度均较好,模型拟合度高,可作为我国药物成瘾者吸毒行为变化阶段的测量工具。
Objective:The Chinese translation of the Drug-Processes-of-Change-Question-naire-FormAB was conducted, and its reliability and validity were tested. Methods:The scale was translated in Chinese through three steps of expert translation, back translation and adjustment. The cross-sectional research method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the included research subjects, and the reliability was verified by Cranbach′s α coefficient and repeated measures questionnaire. Project analysis was carried out by correlation analysis method. Exploratory factor analysis method and AMOS 5.0 confirmatory factor method were used to test the structural validity of the Sinicization Scale. Results:The Chinese version of the Drug Addicts′ Drug Abuse Behavior Change Program Scale can be divided into 2 dimensions and 40 items;the correlation coefficient between the score of each item and the total score is 0.364~0.676(P<0.05);The overall content validity is 0.955;exploratory factor analysis extracts 3 common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 73.68%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the three-factor model data fit well(CVI>0.80,GFI=0.93,GFI=0.82,CFI=0.74,RMSEA)=0.071,χ^(2)/df=2.72,P<0.001, the CVR for each item Between 0.62~0.85). Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Drug Addicts′ Drug Abuse Behavior Change Program Scale has good reliability and validity, and the model has a high degree of fit. It can be used as a measurement tool for drug addicts in our country.
