摘要
研究运用社会生态学理论,分析制约学生校外1小时体育活动的社会生态因素,从个体维度、人际维度、社区维度共同建构校外1小时体育活动的多重推进机制并提出保障社会体育组织发展,筑建校外体育的“地基”;丰富社会体育组织教学内容,增强学生行为意向;社会体育组织、家庭和学校联动参与,营造校外体育氛围;发展社区校外体育,统筹规划资源配置的实施路径,为国家《全民健身计划(2021-2025年)》的发展提供动力。
This study uses social ecology theory to analyze the social ecological factors that restrict students’ one-hour physical activity outside school,construct multiple promotion mechanism of one-hour physical activity outside school from individual dimension,interpersonal dimension and community dimension,and put forward to guarantee the development of social sports organization and consolidate the "foundation" of sports outside school. Enrich the teaching content of social sports organization and enhance students’ behavior intention;Social sports organizations,families and schools participate in the linkage to create a sports atmosphere outside the school;Develop community off-campus sports,plan the implementation path of resource allocation as a whole,and provide power for the development of national Fitness Plan(2021—2025).
