摘要 盘式制动器是一个复杂的非线性系统,基于有限元方法,对制动器总成进行制动尖叫优化分析。模型主要包括制动盘,摩擦片,制动钳和制动支架等。通过计算制动器总成的复域特征值,用负阻尼比和部件贡献率来预测制动尖叫噪音,CAE分析结果与整车测试结果一致。结果表明,有限元方法可以有效地优化制动尖叫噪音。 Disc brake is a complex nonlinear system, optimize the braking squeal noise based on FEM. The model is made up of disc, friction plate, brake clamp, brake bracket and so on. We use the negative damping ratio and component contributor factor to predict the squeal noise by calculating the complex eigenvalue of the brake assembly, and the analysis results are consistent with the vehicle test results. The results show that the FEM can optimize the squeal noise effectively.
