青年教师临床教学竞赛的评价与分析

摘要 目的探讨青年教师临床教学竞赛对临床实践教学的启示。方法收集浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院举办的第一届青年教师临床教学竞赛的39名临床医师成绩,包括中文讲课课堂、英文讲课课堂以及临床技能教学竞赛各项目评分及优秀率,分析青年教师教学中存在的问题和缺陷。结果青年教师在中文授课教学内容、语言表达、教学仪表以及多媒体运用方面有较为优异的成绩,优秀率分别为86.36%、90.91%、77.27%、90.91%,但是在教学理念及学生互动方面的优秀率较低,分别为59.09%和45.45%。青年教师在英文授课的教学理念及学生互动方面优秀率较低,分别为60.00%和30.00%。临床技能教学竞赛中教学内容、语言表达、教学手段、临床实际结合、操作规范和人文关怀优秀率较高,分别为93.33%、80.00%、53.33%、46.67%、100%、66.67%和66.67%。操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)模式带教、学生互动、反馈技巧和学生岗位胜任能力培养的优秀率较低,分别为20.00%、46.67%、20.00%和20.00%。结论青年教师教学竞赛的开展起到了引领示范的作用,也能发现临床带教中的不足和盲区,做到取长补短、查漏补缺,促进青年临床教师时刻更新教学方法和教育理念,共同探索教学改革和创新的途径,推动临床教学事业的发展。 Objective To study the effect of the teaching competition of young teachers on clinical practice teaching.Methods The results of the first teaching competition of young teachers in Sir Run Run Shaw hospital of Zhejiang University were enrolled,included the scores and the excellent rates of 39 clinician from Chinese lecture class,English lecture class and clinical skills teaching competition.This study analyzed the problems and defects existing in the teaching of young teachers.Results Young teachers have been doing well in teaching content,language expression,teaching instrument and multimedia application in Chinese lecture class,the excellent rates reached 86.36%,90.91%,77.27%and 90.91%,respectively.However,the excellent rates were only 59.09%and 45.45%in teaching concept and teacher-student interaction in Chinese lecture class,which were also low in English lecture class(60.00%and 30.00%).In clinical skills teaching competition,the excellent rates of teaching content,language expression,teaching means,clinical practice combination,operation standard and humanistic care were 93.33%,80.00%,53.33%,46.67%,100%,66.67%and 66.67%,respectively.The excellent rates of DOPS mode teaching,teacher-student interaction,feedback skills and student post competence training were low,which were 20.00%,46.67%,20.00%and 20.00%.Conclusion The development of teaching competition of young teachers played a leading and demonstration role.Young teachers can find the deficiency and blind spot in clinical teaching in the competition so that they could learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses.Young clinical teachers should update their teaching methods and educational ideas,jointly explore ways of teaching reform and innovation,and promote the development of clinical teaching.
