摘要
近年来,装配式建筑快速发展,然而以生产基地模式建立的固定式工厂局限性也日益凸显。移动式工厂是在其双重背景下提出,实践表明:移动式工厂作为装配式建筑实施的重要措施之一,值得在适宜的工程项目上推广应用。本文通过对湖北、浙江、上海等多个不同工程项目实践总结,研究与分析移动式工厂的可行性与适用性,以促进智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展和适应装配式建筑规模化发展,供行业参考借鉴。
In recent years,assembled buildings have developed rapidly,But the stationary factory for precast concrete component in base model limitations growing.The mobile factory for precast concrete component is put forward under the background of its dual,Practice shows that mobile PC factory as one of the important measures of implementing prefabricated construction,is worthy of popularization and application on the appropriate project.This article through to Hubei,Zhejiang,Shanghai and other places a number of different practice of the project,the research and analysis the feasibility and applicability of mobile PC factory,in order to promote the coordinated development of intelligent building and building industrialization and adapt to develop large-scale prefabricated construction,provide reference for the industry reference.
