摘要
在产品加工中,建立加工参数智能控制系统是提高产品质量的有效途径。通过分析加工参数的控制过程和产品质量的控制逻辑,按照所涉及到的功能将系统分为四个模块:加工信号管理模块、刀具磨损管理模块、加工参数管理模块以及加工质量管理模块。然后利用UML建模语言,使用用例图从用户的角度分析系统所应该具有的功能,同时使用活动图从系统的角度分析系统功能执行的逻辑顺序,完成了系统的理论模型。最后基于MATLAB/GUI建立软件界面,编写功能代码,完成了系统的开发。
In the processing of products,the establishment of intelligent control system for processing parameters is an effective way to improve product quality.By analyzing the control parameters of the processing parameters and the control logic of the product quality,the system is divided into four modules according to the functions involved:machining signal management module,tool wear management module,processing parameter management module and processing quality management module.Then use UML modeling language,use the use case diagram to analyze the functions that the system should have from the users point of view,and use the activity diagram to analyze the logical order of system function execution from the perspective of the system,and complete the theoretical model of the system.Finally,based on MATLAB/GUI,the software interface is built,the function code is written,and the system development is completed.
