基于熵权法结合星点设计-响应面法优化保肝利胆浓缩丸的提取工艺 被引量:4

Extraction Process Optimization of Baogan Lidan Concentrated Pills Based on Entropy Weight Method Combined with Central Composite Design-response Surface Method

摘要 目的:优选保肝利胆浓缩丸6味中药的最佳提取工艺。方法:以浸泡时间、提取时间、提取溶剂倍数为考察因素,以绿原酸、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B的含量、总黄酮的含量和干膏得率为评价指标,采用信息熵赋权法确定各指标的客观权重,结合星点设计-响应面法优选保肝利胆浓缩丸中6味中药的最佳提取工艺。结果:根据综合评分和实际情况,确定保肝利胆浓缩丸的最佳提取工艺为浸泡30 min,加9倍量水,提取3次,每次80 min。3批验证试验结果与预测值相比,RSD均小于3%。结论:该提取工艺提取率高,稳定性及重复性好,适用于制剂的大批量生产。 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in Baogan Lidan concentrated pills. Methods: The soaking time, extraction time and extraction solvent were selected as the factors, the contents of chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, salvianolic acid B and total flavonoids, and drypaste yield were used as the evaluation indexes, and information entropy weighting method was used to determine the objective weight of each index. The optimal extraction process of six medicinal materials in Baogan Lidan concentrated pills was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology. Results: According to the comprehensive scoring results and the actual situation, the optimum extraction process of Baogan Lidan concentrated pills was as follows: soaking for 30 min, adding 9 times amount of water, and extracting 3 times with 80 min for each time. Compared with the predicted values, the standard deviations of three batches in validation tests were all less than 3%.Conclusion: The extraction rate of this extraction process is high with good stability and repeatability, and the process is suitable for the mass production of the pills.
