中草药复方制剂对团头鲂非特异性免疫机能和抗病力的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations on non-specific immune function and disease resistance of blunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala)

摘要 试验旨在探究中草药复方制剂对团头鲂非特异性免疫机能和抗病力的影响。选取1 050尾平均体重为(50.0±1.8) g的健康团头鲂,随机分成7组(A1组、A2组、B3组、B4组、C5组、C6组、D7组),每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼,采用不同的中草药复方制剂饵料连续投喂28 d。饲养试验结束后,以嗜水气单胞菌进行攻毒感染试验。结果显示:试验第21 d和第28 d时,C5组和C6组团头鲂血清中溶菌酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。C6组团头鲂血清中的超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05);其次为C5组,显著高于对照组和A1组、A2组、B3组、B4组(P<0.05)。试验第7、14 d,C5组、C6组团头鲂血清中血清过氧化氢酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。攻毒试验结果发现,C5组、C6组团头鲂死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在团头鲂基础饵料中添加2%和4%的中草药复方制剂C (以黄芪微粉为主,金盏花和杜仲微粉为辅)能够有效增强团头鲂的非特异性免疫机能,提升鱼体抗病力,其中4%的添加量效果更佳。 The study was to investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations on non-specific immune function and disease resistance of blunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala). 1 050 Megalobrama amblycephala average initial body weight(50.0±1.8) g were divided into seven treatment groups(group A1, group A2,group B3, group B4, group C5, group C6, group D7), with three replicates in each group and 50 fish in each replicate, fed for 28 d with seven experimental diets in a small-scale circulating aquaculture system. At the end of the experiment,challenge test with Aeromonas hydrophila was conducted. The results showed that the lysozyme activities of group C5 and group C6 was significantly higher than any other groups on 21 d and 28 d(P<0.05). The superoxide dismutase activities of group C6 was the highest among these groups(P<0.05), followed by group C5 which were higher than control group and group A1, group A2, group B3, group B4(P<0.05). The catalase activities in serum of group C5 and group C6 was significantly higher than other groups on 7 d and 14 d(P<0.05). The result of challenge test showed that, the cumulative mortality rate of group C5, group C6 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the diets supplemented with 2% and 4% of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation C(mainly with astragalus extract meal, supplemented by marigold extract meal and Eucommia ulmoides extract) help to enhance the non-specific immune function and improve the disease resistance to the fish, especially the diets supplemented with 4% of the preparation C with the best enhancement effect.
