摘要
盘条表面簇状裂纹是大规格线材的缺陷之一。对轧制过程和成品试样中的簇状裂纹进行宏观形貌和金相分析。并对粗轧过程进行有限元分析,对粗轧轧件的应力和应变进行模拟。结合轧钢生产实际优化了粗轧孔型,最终有效减轻了线材表面簇状裂纹。
Cluster crack on the surface of wire rod is one of the defects of large size wire rod.The macroscopic morphology and metallographic analysis of the cluster cracks in the rolling process and finished samples were carried out.Finite element analysis of rough rolling was carried out.The stress and strain of the rough rolling parts were simulated.Combined with the actual rolling production,the rough rolling groove shape was optimized.Finally,the cluster crack on the wire surface is effectively alleviated.
