摘要
陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司甲烷转化装置采用一段蒸汽转化工艺技术,将净化后的原料油田气与水蒸气引入转化炉,在高温和催化剂的作用下生成合成甲醇用的原料气。转化炉是蒸汽转化工艺的核心设备,在正常运行期间,转化炉管的催化剂装填的均匀和结实与否决定了转化炉的工作效率和使用寿命。倘若在装填过程中发生无效空隙,会造成转化炉管管壁温度超温,催化剂结碳,催化剂失活,转化炉出现热带现象等。本文总结了蒸汽转化炉管催化剂的具体装填过程,为转化炉催化剂的防护,转化炉管的维护,延长催化剂寿命提供参考。
The methane conversion unit of Shanxi Yanchang Zhongmei Yulin Energy Chemical Company adopts one-stage steam conversion process technology to introduce the purified feed oil field gas and steam into the reformer to generate feed gas for methanol synthesis under the action of high temperature and catalyst.Reformer is the core equipment of steam conversion process.During normal operation,the uniform and solid catalyst loading of reformer tube determines the working efficiency and service life of reformer.If invalid voids occur during loading,it will cause over temperature of reformer tube wall,carbon deposition of catalyst,deactivation of catalyst and tropical phenomenon of reformer.This paper summarizes the specific loading process of steam reformer tube catalyst,which provides a reference for the protection of reformer catalyst,the maintenance of reformer tube and the extension of catalyst life.
