Effect of psychological behavior intervention combined health education on psychological state and gastrointestinal reaction of chemotherapeutic lung cancer patients

摘要 目的探讨应用心理行为干预联合健康教育对肺癌化疗患者心理状态和胃肠道反应的影响。方法将96例肺癌化疗患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采取常规健康教育干预,观察组采用心理行为干预联合健康教育,两组均干预8周。观察两组患者胃肠道反应、行为能力、心理状态、生活质量情况。结果干预后,观察组患者胃肠道反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);干预后4、8周,两组患者化疗消化道症状量表(CGISI)中症状发生和症状影响维度评分均低于干预前,卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分均高于干预前,且观察组患者CGISI中症状发生和症状影响维度评分均低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前,生活质量评分量表(FACT-G)各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,FACT-G量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论心理行为干预应用于肺癌化疗患者有助于减少患者的胃肠道反应,缓解其负性情绪,提高患者的行为能力和生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of psychological behavior intervention combined health education on the psychological state and gastrointestinal reaction of chemotherapeutic lung cancer patients.Method A total of 96 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group(n=48,received routine health edu-cation)and observation group(n=48,received psychological behavior intervention combined health education).Gastroin-testinal reaction,behavioral ability,mental state and quality of life were observed after 8 weeks of intervention.Result After intervention,the total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after intervention,the dimensional scores of symptom occurrence and impact of chemo-therapy related gastrointestinal symptoms inventory(CGISI)in two groups were lower than those before intervention,with lower scores in the observation group than those in the control group,and the Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores were higher than those before intervention,with higher scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).After inter-vention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in two groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of all dimensions of functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)were higher than those before intervention,with lower scores of SAS and SDS and higher scores of FACT-G in observa-tion group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological behavior intervention in chemotherapeutic lung can-cer patients can reduce the gastrointestinal reactions of patients,relieve negative emotion,improve behavior ability and quality of life.
