摘要
通过试验研究了不同再生粗骨料取代率、水胶比、砂率和粉煤灰取代率对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明:再生骨料取代率低于50%时对混凝土强度无明显影响,超过50%时混凝土强度会随着取代率的增大而快速降低;混凝土强度随水胶比和砂率的增大均先增大后减小,并且随粉煤灰取代率增大而显著降低。针对当前混凝土防汛块体要求C20强度等级的现实需求,提出了一组以再生骨料制备C20混凝土的配合比,为石料资源匮乏地区利用再生骨料经济、高效地生产防汛块体提供参考。
Effects of recycled coarse aggregate substitution rates,water⁃cement ratio,sand ratio and fly ash content on the compressive strength of the recycled concrete were investigated.The results show that the substitution rates of the recycled coarse aggregate do not show significant influence to the strength of the concrete when it was less than 50%,and it would dramatically decrease the concrete strength when the substitution rate exceeds 50%.Moreover,the strength of concrete firstly is increased and then decreased with the values of water⁃binder ratio and the sand ratio,and evidently decreased with the content of fly ash.For meeting the strength requirement of the concrete flood blocks(C20),a mixing proportion for the preparation of C20 concrete with the recycled aggregate was proposed,which could provide some refer⁃ences for the production of the economical and efficient concrete flood blocks by applying the recycled aggregates.
