地方性氟中毒流行现状与法医学鉴定

摘要 地方性氟中毒可引起骨相系统损伤和非骨相系统损伤,病区分布较广,威胁人口数量较多,病情较为严重,越来越受到人们的重视。但是法医学鉴定作为科学审判的依据,对于地方性氟中毒患者的法医学鉴定是否考虑氟中毒所致的病理改变,并未引起法医学鉴定工作者足够的正视。根据近年来对地方性氟中毒致机体损伤的相关研究,通过综述地方性氟中毒的流行病学特点、发病机制、临床表现、临床诊断和法医学鉴定的注意事项,以望氟中毒所致的病理改变得到法医学鉴定工作者的重视,以期为地方性氟中毒的法医学鉴定提供一定的理论依据及参考意见。 Endemic fluorosis can cause bone phase system injury and non bone phase system injury.It has been paid more and more attention because of its wide distribution,higher number of threatened population and serious condition.Forensic identification is the basis of scientific trial,but whether to consider the pathological changes caused by fluorosis in the forensic identification of patients with endemic fluorosis has not attracted enough attention of forensic identification workers.According to the relevant research on the body injury caused by endemic fluorosis in recent years,by summarizing the epidemiological characteristics,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,clinical diagnosis and matters needing attention in forensic identification of endemic fluorosis,we hope that the pathological changes caused by fluorosis will be paid attention to by forensic identification workers,In order to provide some theoretical basis and reference for the forensic identification of endemic fluorosis.
