摘要
动态检测是铁路建设项目竣工验收的必要程序,中老铁路动态检测首次将我国联调联试及动态检测的相关技术和标准应用到海外160 km/h的客货共线项目中。通过开展方案定制化设计确定了检测项目、评价标准、测试列车及速度;提炼了轨道、电力牵引供电、通信系统、信号系统、振动噪声与电磁环境等关键检测技术,突出系统间的匹配关系,在实践中推广专业数据融合分析;因地制宜,创新开展动态预检测,提高克缺整改效率;通过现场试验的安全管控,灵活组织试验方案保证测试范围的全面性。梳理中老铁路动态检测经验,对今后海外项目联调联试及国内时速160 km/h客货共线的动态检测具有借鉴意义。
Dynamic inspection is a necessary procedure for completion acceptance of railway construction projects. Chinese technologies and standards of integrated commissioning & test and dynamic inspection have been first applied to an overseas 160 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway project in dynamic inspection of China-Laos Railway. The customized plan was made to determine the test items, evaluation criteria, test trains and speeds, to refine key test technologies regarding the track system, power supply system of electric traction,communication system, signaling system, vibration noise and electromagnetic environment, to highlight the matching relationship among systems, and to promote specialized data fusion and analysis in practice. Dynamic pre-inspection was made in an innovative way and in line with local conditions, so as to improve the efficiency of overcoming shortcomings and making rectification. The test plan was flexibly organized by implementing safety management for field tests, so as to ensure that tests are conducted in an all-round way. This paper sorts out the experience of dynamic inspection of China-Laos Railway, providing references for integrated commissioning & test of overseas railway projects in the future and dynamic inspection of 160 km/h mixed passenger and freight railways in China.
