摘要
目的:探究同伴支持、内摄动机和自我效能与身体活动的中介关系。方法:从6个城市选取4744名9~17岁学龄儿童青少年进行问卷调查。采用AMOS结构方程模型分析同伴支持对儿童青少年身体活动的直接和间接效应。结果:同伴支持直接影响儿童青少年身体活动,并通过自我效能间接影响身体活动,且自我效能表现出更强的中介效应。此外,内摄动机和自我效能对同伴支持与身体活动之间的关系存在多重中介效应。结论:内摄动机和自我效能在同伴支持与儿童青少年身体活动中存在多重中介作用,且自我效能独立中介同伴支持对儿童青少年身体活动的影响。
Objective: To explore the mediating relationship between peer support, intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy and physical activity. Methods: A total of 4 744 aged 9 to 17 years old students from 6 cities were selected for questionnaire survey. The AMOS structural equation model was used to analyze the direct and indirect effects of peer support on physical activity among children and adolescents. Results: Peer support directly impacted the physical activity, and indirectly influenced physical activity through self-efficacy, and self-efficacy showed a stronger mediating effect. In addition, intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy had multiple mediating effects on the relationship between peer support and physical activity. Conclusion: These findings support the multiple mediating role of intrinsic motivation, and self-efficacy between peer support and physical activity, self-efficacy independently mediates the relationship in peer support and physical activity in Chinese children and adolescents.
