细粒级全尾砂膏体充填配比优化试验研究 被引量:11

Experimental Study on Proportion Optimization of Paste Filling with Fine-grained Full Tailings

摘要 针对某金矿细粒级全尾砂膏体充填的充填体强度低,且矿山污水排放要求严格等问题,展开细粒级全尾砂物理化学性质试验、絮凝沉降试验、流动性试验、充填体强度试验及充填体浸出毒性试验。获得了符合该矿的最佳充填配比参数。试验结果表明:全尾砂的-20μm超细颗粒含量达到45.91%;絮凝沉降6 h,底流质量浓度可达65.3%,沉降20 h以后,底流质量浓度可达73.2%,可满足制备充填料浆的浓度要求;相同配比下,胶凝材料选择P.O42.5水泥较M32.5水泥制备的料浆,其流动性更好,单轴抗压强度更高;采用上向分层充填采矿方法,打底充填时,可采用P.O42.5水泥制备质量浓度为67%,灰砂比为1∶8的全尾砂料浆,充填体7 d强度可达0.3 MPa以上,可满足充填体自立要求,浇面充填时,可采用P.O42.5水泥制备质量浓度为67%,灰砂比为1∶4的全尾砂料浆,充填体7 d强度可达1.2 MPa,可满足设备运行的要求。充填体试块浸泡液的重金属离子浓度皆低于国家排放标准,说明该矿的选矿废水可用于制备充填料浆。 Aiming at the low filling strength of paste filling with fine-grained full tailings in a gold mine and strict requirements for mine sewage discharge,the physical and chemical property tests,flocculation sedimentation tests,fluidity tests,filling strength tests and filling leaching toxicity tests of fine-grained full tailings were carried out.The optimum filling proportion parameters in line with the mine were obtained.The test results are concluded as follows.The content of-20μm ultrafine particles in full tailings reaches 45.91%.The mass concentration of underflow can reach 65.3%after 6 hours of flocculation and sedimentation,and can reach 73.2%after 20 hours of sedimentation,which can meet the concentration requirements for preparing filling slurry.Under the same proportion,comparing the slurry prepared by cementitious material of P.O42.5 cement to the slurry prepared by M32.5 cement,the fluidity is better and the uniaxial compressive strength is higher.In upward layered filling mining,P.O42.5 cement can be used to prepare full tailings slurry with mass concentration of 67%and cement sand ratio of 1∶8 for bottom filling.The 7 d strength of the filling body can reach more than 0.3 MPa,which can meet the requirements of self-reliance of the filling body.In pouring face filling,P.O42.5 cement can be used to prepare the full tailings filling slurry with mass concentration of 67%and the cement-sand ratio of 1∶4.The 7 d strength of the filling body can reach 1.2 MPa,which can meet the requirements of equipment operation.The concentration of heavy metal ions in the soaking solution of filling test block is lower than the national discharge standard,indicating that the beneficiation wastewater of the mine can be used to prepare filling slurry.
