区域新旧动能转换综合评价及时空演进研究——以山东省为例 被引量:1

摘要 构建了包括经济结构优化、创新驱动力、落后产能淘汰三大方面的指标体系,利用熵权灰色关联TOPSIS方法,研究山东省各地市新旧动能转换水平,基于聚类分析对各地市动能转换能力进行等级划分,并分析时空演进规律.结果表明,各地市新旧动能转换能力逐年增强,一些经济水平落后的地市提升速度较快;济南和东部沿海地区动能转换能力较强,西部及南部内陆能力较弱;部分地市新旧动能转换三类指标能力不平衡,需要因地制宜,制定合适的动能转换方案和路径. In this paper,an index system including economic structure optimization,innovation driving force and outdated production capacity elimination was constructed.By using the entropy weight-grey correlation-TOPSIS method of,this paper studied the conversion level of old and new economic driving forces in different cities of Shandong province,classified the conversion capacity of driving forces based on clustering analysis,and analyzed the evolution law of time and space.The results show that the economic driving forces conversion capacity is increasing year by year in the cities and some backward cities have seen faster growth.Jinan and eastern coastal areas have a strong economic driving forces conversion ability,while the western and southern inland areas have a weak conversion ability.In some cities,there is an imbalance between the three types of indicators,so appropriate schemes and paths for economic driving forces conversion should be formulated according to local conditions.
