用于带电作业的非接触式智能监测绝缘遮蔽装置设计

摘要 为解决传统绝缘遮蔽产品不具备可视化功能,无法实现对带电作业电流、温度等参数进行监测问题,开展用于带电作业的非接触式智能监测绝缘遮蔽装置设计研究。通过智能检测绝缘遮蔽罩外壳主体结构设计、遮蔽装置主控单元设计、带电作业运行数据监测设计,提出一种全新的遮蔽装置。通过实例应用证明该装置的优势,并进一步验证了装置的可视化效果。 In order to solve the problem that traditional insulation shielding products do not have visualization function and can not monitor live working current,temperature and other parameters,the design and research of non-contact intelligent monitoring insulation shielding device for live working is carried out.A new shielding device is proposed through the design of the main structure of the intelligent detection insulating shielding cover shell,the design of the main control unit of the shielding device and the design of live working operation data monitoring.The advantages of the device are proved by an example application,and the visualization effect of the device is further verified.
