摘要
职业认同感是影响责任意识的最重要因素,也是不容忽视的重要方面,学生们想成为一名优秀的幼儿教师,就必须从培养职业认同感方面下手,使自身成为一名有责任心的幼儿教师。本文通过阐述了有效的职业培训策略,以此来培养学生坚定的职业认同感与责任心。
Professional identity is the most important factor affecting the sense of responsibility and cannot be ignored.In order to become an excellent preschool teacher,students must start by cultivating professional identity and become a responsible preschool teacher.This paper expounds effective vocational training strategies to cultivate students’firm professional identity and responsibility.
