摘要
番茄营养价值高,食用有益于人体健康。可溶性固形物含量是番茄的一个重要品质,本文从温度、光照、水分、空气和土壤肥料5个方面,阐述了环境对番茄可溶性固形物的影响。
Tomato has high nutritional value and is beneficial to human health. The content of soluble solid is an important quality of tomato. This paper expounded the influence of environment on soluble solids contents of tomato from five aspects of temperature, light, water, air and soil fertilizer.
