摘要
全球气候问题和双碳目标要求汽车工业实施低碳战略,轻量化是汽车产业达成低碳目标的重要战略之一。以国务院颁布《交通强国建设纲要》以及中国汽车工程学会发布的《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图(2.0版)》为指南,开展某商用车白车身轻量化技术研究与应用实践。通过收集相关文献和调查研究,设定轻量化、性能和成本多目标,践行全面轻量化技术路线和方法,寻求解决方案。总体思路是,先做最大减重方案,再做性能验证,多轮迭代循环优化。通过结构、拓扑、断面等优化设计,某白车身在满足刚度、强度、安全及NVH等性能前提下,实现减重10%,较国内同类标杆轻55 kg。成本降低310元,提升了产品竞争力。构建了柳汽商用车白车身性能体系,提升了自主开发能力。
Global climate issues and dual-carbon goals require the automotive industry to implement a low-carbon strategy.Lightweighting is one of the important strategies for the automotive industry to achieve low-carbon goals.Guided by the“Outline for Building a Powerful Transportation Country”issued by the State Council and the“Technical Roadmap for Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicles(Version 2.0)”issued by the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers,the research and application practice of a commercial vehicle body-in-white lightweight technology was carried out.Through the collection of relevant literature and investigations,we set multiple targets for weight reduction,performance and cost,practice comprehensive lightweight technology routes and methods,and seek solutions.The overall idea is to make the maximum weight reduction plan first,and then perform performance verification,and multiple rounds of iterative loop optimization.Through optimized design of structure,topology,cross-section,etc.,a certain body-in-white can achieve a weight reduction of 10%under the premise of satisfying rigidity,strength,safety and NVH performance,which is 55 kg lighter than similar domestic benchmarks.The cost was reduced by RMB 310,which improved the competitiveness of products.Established Liuqi’s commercial vehicle body-in-white performance system and improved its independent development capabilities.
