摘要
随着整机系统用电功率的增加,对开关电源的并联均流精度和均流数量提出了更高的要求。设计了一款具有自动均流功能的开关电源,在传统的并联均流方案基础上,通过采用数字控制来代替模拟均流方案,提高了并联系统的均流精度,同时为系统增添了智能特性,提高了并联系统的可靠性。参与均流的电源模块交错互补输出,减小了系统的输出纹波,增强了电源模块的动态响应能力。基于以上方法,设计了一款试验电路,仿真和试验电路测试结果表明,设计的开关电源满足要求。
With the increase of the power consumption of the whole system,higher requirements are put forward for the parallel current sharing accuracy and current sharing quantity of the switching power supply.A switching power supply with automatic current sharing function is designed.Based on the traditional parallel current sharing scheme,the current sharing accuracy of the parallel system is improved by using digital control instead of analog current sharing scheme.At the same time,it adds intelligent features to the system and improves the reliability of the parallel system.The power modules participating in current sharing are interleaved with complementary output,which reduces the output ripple of the system and enhances the dynamic response capability of the power module.Based on the above methods,a test circuit is designed,and the simulation and test circuit test results show that the design meets the requirements.
