摘要
本文对联合国粮农组织(FAO)及新西兰、英国和美国等发达国家开展的食品安全监督检查模式、工作流程、检查方法、检查装备、检查内容、检查员要求等进行了比较,分析了我国食品安全监督检查工作存在的问题,提出了构建食品安全现代化检查体系相关建议,希望为构建符合我国国情的新时代食品安全现代化监督检查体系和技术提供参考和借鉴。
In this paper,the food safety supervision and inspection approaches,workflows,inspection methods,inspection equipment,inspection contents and requirements on the inspectors which are adopted by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO),New Zealand,the United Kingdom and the United States are compared,and the existing problems in China’s food safety supervision and inspection work are analyzed.Based on the comparison and analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions on constructing a modern food safety inspection system and provides a reference for building up a modern food safety supervision and inspection system and technologies of a new era,which is in line with China’s national conditions.
