高效液相色谱-串联质谱同位素内标法测定鸡肉中头孢菌素的不确定度评定 被引量:2

摘要 为保证检测数据的准确可靠,对高效液相色谱-串联质谱同位素内标法测定鸡肉中头孢菌素进行不确定度的评定。分析测量过程中各不确定度的来源,建立数学计算模型,通过对各不确定度来源进行量化分析,计算出各个分量的不确定度,最终合成标准不确定度。当样品中头孢菌素的含量为250μg/kg水平时,不同头孢菌素的扩展不确定度在43.60~50.10μg/kg范围。结果表明,不确定度主要来源于计量器具(0.0762)、重复性(0.0337)、分析仪器(0.0250)以及添加内标(0.0224),其中计量器具对不确定度的贡献最大。该评估模型可为采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱同位素内标法测定头孢菌素的不确定度评定提供参考依据。 In order to ensure the accuracy of test results,the uncertainty determination of cephalosporins in chicken by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry isotope internal standard method was evaluated.The source of uncertainty was evaluated and the mathematical model was established.Through quantitative analysis of each component of uncertainty,the uncertainty of each component was calculated.Finally,standard uncertainty was composited.When the content of cephalosporins in the sample was 250μg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 43.60~50.10μg/kg.The results showed that uncertainty mainly derived from the measuring instruments(0.0762),repeatability(0.0337),analytical instruments(0.0250)and the addition of internal standards(0.0224).Among them the measurement instrument contributed the most to the uncertainty.It provided a reference basis for uncertainty evaluation of determination of cephalosporins by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry isotope internal standard method.
