摘要 温控仪表广泛应用于各行各业有关温度的生产环节中。按控制方式的不同,可分为动圈式温控仪表和数显温控仪表,现场校准温控系统是目前工业生产中较常用的温控系统校验方式,它的优点是不需要拆卸温度探头、操作简单、校准所需时间短等,温控系统现场校准时的误差即温控仪表显示的数值与标准器温度值之间的差额,出现这种误差的原因有:温控仪表和信号线的因素、补偿导线误差、温控仪表补偿温度不准、温度传感器(即热电偶)因素、外界干扰等。其中,温度校验仪和信号线引起的误差可以忽略不计,而其它引起误差的原因都可以通过一些方法来减小或消除,这些方法主要包括:合理选择信号线、选择合格的补偿导线、补偿温度修正、温度传感器修正、仪表的合理安装和接地等。 Temperature control instruments are widely used in temperature related production links in all walks of life.According to different control methods, it can be divided into moving coil temperature control instrument and digital display temperature control instrument.Field calibration of temperature control system is a commonly used calibration method of temperature control system in industrial production.Its advantages are that it does not need to disassemble the temperature probe, simple operation, short calibration time, etc, The error in the field calibration of the temperature control system is the difference between the value displayed by the temperature control instrument and the temperature value of the standard.The reasons for this error include: the factors of the temperature control instrument and the signal line, the error of the compensation wire, the inaccurate compensation temperature of the temperature control instrument, the factors of the temperature sensor(i.e.thermocouple),external interference, etc.Among them, the error caused by temperature calibrator and signal line can be ignored, while other causes of error can be reduced or eliminated by some methods.These methods mainly include: reasonable selection of signal line, selection of qualified compensation wire, compensation temperature correction, temperature sensor correction, reasonable installation and grounding of instrument, etc.
