摘要
目的:探究早期糖尿病肾病患者施行降糖益肾汤治疗的效果以及安全性。方法:此次研究所入选的研究对象为早期糖尿病肾病患者,均于2019年10月—2021年1月收入该院治疗,共108例。将其随机分为治疗A组及治疗B组,其中治疗A组接受降糖益肾汤治疗,治疗B组采取基础治疗,每组各54例。经治疗后对两组患者的治疗有效率、血糖以及血脂指标、肾功能指标、不良反应发生率以及中医症候积分情况予以对比分析。结果:由治疗有效率数据方面上可见,治疗A组治疗有效率为96.28%;治疗B组治疗有效率为81.58%,治疗A组相比较治疗B组较高(P<0.05)。由血糖、血脂指标以及肾功能指标数据方面上可见,治疗A、B两组对比差异不满足统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,治疗A组相比较治疗B组较优(P<0.05)。由不良反应发生率数据方面上可见,治疗A组不良反应发生率为5.56%;治疗B不良反应发生率为20.37%,治疗A组相比较治疗B组较低(P<0.05)。由中医症候积分数据方面上可见,治疗A组相比较治疗B组较低(P<0.05)。结论:在早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中施行降糖益肾汤治疗,可对患者的治疗有效率予以提升,改善其相关指标以及症状,具有较高的治疗安全性,可减少不良反应的产生。由此可以见得,此种治疗方法在早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗中具有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the effect and safety of Jiangtang Yishen Decoction in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The subjects selected for this study are patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from October 2019 to January 2021,with a total of 108 cases.They were randomly divided into treatment group A and treatment group B.The treatment group A received Jiangtang Yishen Decoction,and the treatment group B received basic treatment,with 54 cases in each group.After treatment,the treatment efficiency,blood glucose and blood lipid indexes,renal function indexes,incidence of adverse reactions and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:From the data of treatment effective rate,the treatment effective rate of treatment group A was 96.28%(52/54);the treatment effective rate of treatment group B was 81.58%(44/54).Compared with treatment group B,treatment group A was more effective than treatment group B.High(P<0.05).From the data of blood glucose,blood lipid and renal function index,it can be seen that the difference between the treatment groups A and B does not meet statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group A is better than the treatment group B(P<0.05).It can be seen from the data on the incidence of adverse reactions that the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group A was 5.56%(3/54);the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment B was 20.37%(11/54),compared with treatment group B Low(P<0.05).From the aspect of TCM syndrome score data,it can be seen that the treatment group A is lower than the treatment group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,the treatment of Jiangtang Yishen Decoction can improve the effective rate of the patient’s treatment,improve its related indicators and symptoms,have high treatment safety,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It can be seen that this kind of treatment is of great significance in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
