摘要
本试验以超薄圆弧产品制造工艺为研究对象,使用中密度纤维板基材、高频压机,分析相同组坯结构、不同参数和不同组坯结构、相同参数压制的圆弧板抗变形性能。结果表明,圆弧板的组坯结构和高频压机的参数设定均对圆弧板抗变形性能有直接影响。
The manufacturing process of circular arc board was studied,using medium density fiberboard substrate and high frequency press equipment,the anti-deformation performance of circular arc board with the same substrate structure versus different parameters,and different substrate structure versus same parameters were analyzed.The results showed that the combination structure of the circular arc plate and the parameter setting of the high frequency machine had a direct influence on the deformation resistance of the circular arc plate.
