摘要
控轧控冷技术是通过专业设备对钢材轧制过程中的加热及冷却等步骤进行控制,进一步控制钢材内部的高温奥氏体再结晶、晶粒长大、加工硬化,控制过冷奥氏体向低温组织转变,最终实现改善钢材的强度、韧性、焊接性能的目标。我国是在对从发达国家引进的控轧控冷技术装备消化的基础上进行研究开发,逐步实现了装备的国产化和智能化,形成了基于新一代超密快冷技术的TMCP工艺,研制了一系列低成本且高性能的钢铁材料,促进我国钢材制造业的发展,使我国逐渐成为真正的钢铁强国。
Controlled rolling and controlled cooling is a means by which the strength, toughness and weldability of steel are improved by controlling the heating and cooling steps with professional equipment, so that the recrystallization, grain growth, work hardening of high temperature austenite in the steel as well as the transformation of undercooled austenite to low temperature structure are controlled. Thanks to research and development of the technology introduced from developed countries, China has localized and intellectualized its own equipment and came up with TMCP process based on a new generation of ultra dense rapid cooling technology. A series of low-cost and high-performance steel materials have been developed, boosting the growth of the steel manufacturing industry of China on its way to a real steel power.
