摘要
为了解决我国高海拔地区高压输电线路覆冰问题,在总结和分析国内外现有除冰技术基础上,以快捷有效除冰为目标,设计出一种新型的除冰装置,即铣削挤压式除冰装置。装置总体采用模块化设计,对其除冰机构、刹车机构以及本体机构和装置总体绝缘防护进行详细的设计说明,并对各机构关键零部件进行有限元分析。仿真结果显示,该除冰方案结构设计合理,适用于高海拔地区高压线缆除冰工作。该装置具有重量较轻、结构简单紧凑、实用性较强等特点。该设计为线路除冰提供了一种新型除冰机构,具有较好的社会效益和应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of icing on high-voltage transmission lines in high-altitude areas in China,based on summarizing and analyzing the existing deicing technologies at home and abroad,with the goal of fast and effective deicing,a new type of deicing device,namely milling extrusion type deicing device,is designed.The overall device adopts a modular design.The deicing mechanism,brake mechanism,body mechanism and overall insulation protection of the device are described in detail,and the key components of each mechanism are analyzed by finite element.The simulation results show that the design of the deicing scheme is reasonable,and it is suitable for deicing of high-voltage cables in high altitude areas.The device has the characteristics of lighter weight,simple and compact structure,and strong practicability.The design provides a new type of deicing mechanism for line deicing,and has good social benefits and application prospects.
