摘要 由于土壤重金属污染防治和土壤中稀土元素开发应用的需要,测量土壤中金属和半金属元素的测量技术具有极高的社会价值和经济价值。ICP-MS作为日趋成熟的元素测量先进技术,在各领域得到广泛应用。本文主要对ICP-MS测定土壤中元素的分析方法进行了综述,着重总结了土壤消解的方式、消解酸体系的选配和内标的选择三个方面的研究成果,为使用ICP-MS进行土壤元素分析的技术提供参考。 Due to the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution in soil and the development and application of rare earth elements in soil,the measurement technique for measuring metallic and semi-metallic elements in soils has extremely high social and economic value.As an increasingly mature advanced technology for element measurement,ICP-MS is widely used in various fields.The analytical methods for the determination of elements in soil by ICP-MS were mainly reviewed.The research results in three aspects of soil digestion method,selection of digestion acid system and selection of internal standards were summarized,providing a reference for techniques for soil elemental analysis using ICP-MS.
