摘要
糖尿病已成为影响我国国民健康的重大疾病之一,以药物治疗为主。饮食干预治疗是当前研究治疗糖尿病的一大热点。辣椒是我国栽培面积最大的蔬菜作物之一,富含辣椒碱、多酚、黄酮以及多糖等生物活性分子,有较好的降糖效果。综述了辣椒降糖作用机制,分析了酚类、可溶性蛋白和黄酮类等活性物质的降糖作用,并展望了辣椒的未来育种方向。
Diabetes has become one of the major diseases affecting the health in our country,which is treated based on drugs.Dietary intervention is a hot topic in current research on the treatment of diabetes.Pepper is one of the major vegetable crops in China.Studies show that it is rich in capsaicin,polyphenols,flavonoids,polysaccharides and other bioactive molecules,which has a good hypoglycemic effect.The mechanism of pepper hypoglycemic action was reviewed,and the hypoglycemic effects of phenolic,soluble proteins and flavonoids were analyzed in this paper.Finally,future breeding direction of pepper was proposed.
