摘要
遵照相关政策文件要求,经过实地调研、文献复习与专家论证,明确了主动健康型医疗卫生服务的工作形式、工作内容、工作流程及相关要求,制定了中西部脱贫地区主动健康型医疗卫生服务区域协同模式服务管理规范,规范内容包括基础管理、诊前管理、诊中管理与诊后管理等方面,旨在为保障中西部脱贫地区主动医疗服务质量提供方法学指导,促进脱贫地区整合共享区域医疗资源,增强医疗卫生服务的主动性与可及性。
Following the requirements of relevant policy documents,after field research,literature review and expert argumentation,the project team clarified the work form,work content,work process and related requirements of the active health care health service,and formulated service management standard of the active medical regional coordination model in poverty alleviation areas in the Central and Western China.The content of the standard includes basic management,pre-diagnosis management,in-diagnosis management and post-diagnosis management,etc.,aiming to provide methodological guidance for ensuring the quality of active medical services in poverty alleviation areas in the Central and Western China.The region integrates and shares regional medical resources,and enhances the initiative and accessibility of medical and health services.
