凹模形状对铝合金/钢电阻铆焊接头性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of die shapes on properties of joint between aluminum alloy and low carbon steel welded by resistance rivet-welding

摘要 采用3种不同形状的凹模对铝合金/钢进行了自冲铆连接,随后对其自冲铆接头进行了电阻点焊,研究了凹模形状和焊接电流对接头的抗剪载荷和十字抗拉载荷的影响,观察并分析了电阻铆焊接头界面接合状态。结果表明:中心呈正态分布曲面的凹模的自冲铆接头性能较好,在铆接压力为24 kN时接头性能达到最优,其抗剪载荷和十字抗拉载荷分别为5.41和3.06 kN;电阻点焊能使接头界面呈冶金结合,进一步提高接头的性能;焊接电流为8 kA时,接头的抗剪载荷达到最大值,为6.13 kN。 Three different shapes of die were used to connect aluminum alloy/steel by self-piercing riveting,and then resistance spot welding for the self-piercing riveted joint was carried out.The effects of die shape and welding current on tensile shear load and cross tension load of the joint were studied,and the interface bonding state of the resistance riveted joint was observed and analyzed.The results show that the performance of the self-piercing riveted joint is better when the concave die with center normal distribution surface is used for welding,and when the riveting pressure is 24 kN,the joint performance is the best,and its tensile shear load and cross tension load are 5.41 kN and 3.06 kN,respectively.The resistance spot welding can make the joint interface metallurgical bonding and further improve the performance of the joint,and when the welding current is 8 kA,the tensile shear load of the joint reaches the maximum value,which is 6.13 kN.
