生物菌肥对‘新梨7号’树体营养及土壤养分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验处理为单株施1 kg、2 kg、3 kg生物菌肥,以不施生物菌肥为对照。通过研究‘新梨7号’叶片质量、果实品质及土壤养分含量的变化,探讨生物菌肥对‘新梨7号’树体营养及土壤养分的影响。结果表明:每株施2 kg生物菌肥可以提高叶片厚度、叶片鲜重干重和比叶重;叶片钾含量以单株施2 kg生物菌肥为最高,每株施3 kg生物菌肥可以显著提高叶片中氮磷含量。生物菌肥能改善果实外观品质,显著提高果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和维生素C含量,降低可滴定酸含量且随生物菌肥施入量的增加而降低。0~20 cm土壤有机质、全氮、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾含量以单株施2 kg生物菌肥为最高,土壤速效磷的含量以单株施3 kg生物菌肥为最高;单株施2 kg生物菌肥能够最大程度增加20~40 cm土壤的全氮和速效磷含量,土壤全磷、碱解氮和速效钾含量以单株施3 kg生物菌肥为最高;40~60 cm土壤全氮、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾含量以单株施3 kg为最高,单株施2 kg生物菌肥能够提高土壤有机质和速效磷含量。因此,单株增施2~3 kg生物菌肥对提高叶片质量、改善果实品质和提高土壤肥力具有较好的效果。 The experimental treatments were 1 kg,2 kg,3 kg bio-bacterial fertilizer per plant,and no bio-bacterial fertilizer was used as control.By studying changes in leaf quality,fruit quality and soil nutrient content of‘Xinli No.7’,the effects of bio-bacteri-al fertilizer on tree nutrition and soil nutrient of‘Xinli No.7’were discussed.The results show that:applying 2 kg bio-bacterial fer-tilizer per plant could increase leaf thickness,fresh and dry leaf weight and specific leaf weight;the highest content of K in leaves was 2 kg bio-bacterial fertilizer per plant,and application of 3 kg bio-bacterial fertilizer per plant could significantly increase the content of N and P in leaves;bio-bacterial fertilizer could improve fruit appearance quality,significantly increase fruit soluble solid,soluble sugar and vitamin C content,and decrease titratable acid content,which decreased with the increase of application amount of bacterial fertilizer.The contents of organic matter,total N,total K,alkali-hydrolyzable N and available K in 0~20 cm soil were the highest with 2 kg bio-bacterial fertilizer per plant,and the content of available P was the highest with 3 kg bio-bacterial fertilizer per plant;applying 2 kg bio-fertilizer per plant could increase the contents of total N and available P in the soil of 20~40 cm,and the contents of total P,alkali-hydrolyzable N and available K in the soil of 3 kg bio-fertilizer per plant were the highest;the contents of total N,total K,alkali-hydrolyzable N and available K in soil of 40~60 cm were the highest when applied 3 kg per plant,and the con-tents of organic matter and available P were increased when applied 2 kg per plant.Therefore,adding 2~3 kg bio-fertilizer per plant had a better effect on improve leaf quality,fruit quality and soil nutrient.
