摘要
薄壁零件在航空航天、现代机械工程领域有着广泛应用,但薄壁零件刚性差,易产生加工变形,加工质量很难得到保证。通过对薄壁零件车削加工特点、影响加工变形因素的分析,总结了工件装夹的科学方案,工艺制定的优化措施,加工参数的合理选定等加工策略,为薄壁零件的车削加工提供参考。
Thin-walled parts are widely used in aerospace and modern mechanical engineering, but the rigidity of thinwalled parts is poor, and the machining quality is difficult to guarantee. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of thinwalled parts and the factors affecting the machining deformation, the scientific scheme of workpiece clamping, the optimization measures for process formulation and the reasonable selection of machining parameters are summarized, which can provide reference for the turning of thin-walled parts.
