摘要
通过对某拉机驾驶室进行NTF(Noise Transfer Function)分析,找出了该驾驶室NTF曲线在48 Hz处出现明显峰值,并对该驾驶室进行了板件贡献量和模态分析,找出了对应NTF峰值最大贡献板件为顶盖和前围板,并对前围板进行了结构优化和验证,使该驾驶室NTF曲线峰值降低了3.7 dB。该方法可以有效降低拖拉机驾驶室的结构低频噪声,改善其NVH性能。
The NTF curve of a tractor cab is analyzed by NTF,and the peak value of NTF curve in the cab is found at 48 Hz,and the panel contribution of the corresponding NTF peak value is the roof and the dash panel,and the structure optimization and verification of the dash panel are carried out,the NTF curve peak value of the cab is reduced by 3.7 dB.This method can effectively reduce the structural low frequency noise of tractor cab and improve its NVH performance.
