摘要
拉拔性能是膨胀螺栓最主要的力学性能,通过正交试验研究了膨胀螺栓在煤矸石多孔砖墙体中的拉拔能力,并综合考虑墙体及螺栓的破坏形态,得出膨胀螺栓的拉拔力与其直径、埋入深度和锚固位置3种因素的关系,同时判断三种因素的主次顺序,选出最优水平。根据试验分析结果,得出膨胀螺栓锚固在煤矸石多孔砖墙体中的拉拔力计算公式及使用建议,为工程实践提供了理论基础。
The pulling performance is the most important mechanical property of expansion bolts.Through orthogonal tests,the pulling capacity of expansion bolts in gangue porous brick wall is studied,and the relationship between the pulling force of expansion bolts and their diameters,embedment depths and anchorage positions of three factors are derived,while the primary and secondary order of the three factors are judged and the optimal level is selected.According to the results of the test analysis,the formula of the pull-out force of expansion bolts anchored in gangue porous brick wall and the use of recommendations are given,and provided a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
