摘要
围护结构是深基坑开挖的安全保障,深基坑开挖首先要进行围护结构的施工。淤泥质地层深基坑的地质条件复杂、开挖难度大,对围护结构的要求更高。以珠海市十字门隧道工程(南岸段)为例,从钻孔灌注桩、地连墙、立柱桩及格构柱、三轴搅拌桩、降水等方面施工技术出发,对淤泥质地层深基坑围护结构施工的全过程进行了详细分析,总结出了合理、安全、可靠的施工技术,保证了工程的顺利进行。实践结果证明,钻孔灌注桩采用跳桩距离应不少于4倍桩径作业;三轴搅拌桩施工时需严格控制每桶搅拌桶的水泥用量及液面高度;工程降水过程中,需要做到“按需降水”,减少地下水资源的浪费,减少微观地面沉降。总结的施工技术可为后续类似工程提供相关参考经验。
Retaining structure is the safety guarantee of deep foundation pit excavation.The geological conditions of deep foundation pit with silt texture layer are complicated and the excavation is difficult,so the requirements of retaining structure are higher.In zhuhai kruispoort tunnel project(south section)as an example,from the land of bored piles,the pile wall,pillar to pass the structure column,three-axis mixing pile,precipitation,etc.,the construction technique of sludge formation the whole process of construction of deep foundation pit retaining structure are analyzed in detail,summarizes the reasonable,safe and reliable construction technology,ensure the smooth progress of the project.The practice results show that the distance of bored pile should not be less than 4 times of pile diameter.The cement dosage and liquid level height of each mixing barrel should be strictly controlled during the construction of triaxial mixing pile.In the process of engineering precipitation,it is necessary to achieve“on-demand precipitation”to reduce the waste of groundwater resources and microscopic land subsidence.The construction technology summarized in this paper can provide relevant reference experience for the followup similar projects.
