摘要
玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇发生中空玻璃外片脱落问题,将对生命财产产生严重威胁。为分析广州某幕墙隐框开启扇中空玻璃外片脱落原因,对中空玻璃二道密封胶的注胶尺寸、外观质量、物理力学性能等方面开展研究。研究结果表明,项目中空玻璃二道密封胶采用聚硫胶导致中空玻璃外片脱落,需更换开启扇中空玻璃,并建议新建工程中对隐框开启扇中空玻璃二道密封胶种类进行鉴别,以消除安全隐患。
The hidden framing opening lights of the glass curtain wall has the problem of falling off the outer sheet of the insulating glass,which will pose a serious threat to life and property.In order to analyze the reasons for the falling of the insulating glass outer sheet of a hidden framing opening light of a curtain wall in Guangzhou,the injection size,appearance quality and physical and mechanical properties of the secondary sealant of insulating glass were studied.The results show that the use of polysulfide for the secondary sealant of insulating glass in this project causes the outer sheet of the insulating glass to fall off,and the insulating glass of the opening light needs to be replaced to eliminate security risks.
