摘要
探讨废旧纺织品回收体系的构建问题。介绍了国外废旧纺织品的回收现状,总结了发达国家与发展中国家废旧纺织品的回收经验。基于对国内部分地区的调查统计,阐述了国内废旧纺织品的回收现状以及目前存在的问题,分析了几种回收模式的可行性,并对处理方式进行效益评价。提出了废旧纺织品回收体系的研究方向,并从成本效益、技术品质、法规政策、大众认知4个层面提出了建议。认为:废旧纺织品的几种回收模式与处理方法各有优缺点,需要进行高值化技术研发,拓展供求市场,采取积极的回收态度,多方发力,才能使废旧纺织品的回收利用体系更加健全,发挥出更好的社会、环境和经济效益。
Construction of waste textiles recycling system was discussed.Current situation of recycling waste textiles abroad was introduced,recycling experiences of waste textiles in developed and developing country were summarized.Based on survey statistics of some regions in China,the current situation of domestic waste textiles recycling and the existing problems were expounded.Feasibility of several recycling modes were analyzed,benefits of the treatment methods were evaluated.Research direction of waste textiles recycling system was put forward.Suggestions were made from four aspects,including cost-effectiveness,technical quality,regulations & policies and public preception.It is considered that recycling modes and treatment methods of waste textiles have their own advantages and disadvantages.It is necessary to carry out high-value technology research and development,expanding supply and demand market,adopting positive recycling attitude and making efforts in many ways,which could make recycling system of waste textiles sounder,play better social,environmental and economic benefits.
